Defective Products*



 *Creasing of products from delivery and minor problems with stitching and markings are not considered defects. Items with a slight variation to measurements stated (of 0.5", due to production or way of measurement^) or colours on-screen are also not considered defects and are not eligible for returns.

 ^All products are measured when laid flat, side-to-side. Should a bigger difference occur due to the difference in measuring method, the item(s) shall not be eligible for return. 



Products must be returned in original selling condition – unwashed, unworn and unaltered; with the hang tag intact.

We seek your kind understanding in accepting our Terms, to ensure that all customers receive clean and new products. BASIS reserves the right to turn away a return/exchange request should the returned products not meet the above requirements upon inspection of the products. 


How to make a return

For all Returns and Exchanges requests, please email with your order number and reason for exchange. For defective and incorrectly delivered products, please also include detailed pictures of the item(s) received. Your replacement products/refund will be processed within 2 working days from receiving the returned product.



The following products are not eligible for any return/exchange:

  • Items not in original selling condition (worn, washed, altered, and/or without hang tag attached), regardless if they are defective or not.
  • Sale items.
  • Intimates, stockings, leggings or swimwear.
  • All products returned without prior notice via email will not be accepted.
